Bio

David Kibloff received the B.Sc. M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées (INSA Lyon), France, in 2015. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. degree at this institution under the supervision of Guillaume VILLEMAUD and Samir PERLAZA. His Ph.D. is partially funded by the Minister of Defense (Direction Générale de l’armment – DGA) and the Institut National de Recherche en Informatique et en Automatique (INRIA) at Lyon, France.
