New PhD student: Nizar Khalfet (MsC, CentralSupelec, 2016)

We are very glad to welcome Nizar Khalfet (MsC, CentralSupelec, 2016), new PhD student in our group. Mr. Khalfet joins the group CYBERNETS@Inria to work on aspects related to the fundamental limits of simultaneous energy and information transmission as well as communications subject to stochastic energy sources.
